Hi! I am Tingting Yang, currently a doctoral student in the Learning, Design, and Technology (LDT) program at the University of Georgia (UGA). My doctoral research inquiry focuses on reflection in group settings.

I grew up in China and received both my Master's and Bachelors's degrees in Educational Technology there. I had two years’ entrepreneurial experience when I started up a small company with a business of designing and developing multimedia courseware for teachers and government departments in China.

I became interested in educational research during my study in the Master's program, where I was involved in some studies on case-based learning, online discussion, group learning, and educational equality. From there I became interested in the happening of reflection in group settings. The LDT program at UGA provided me an opportunity to explore my research ideas.
